Delivery Policy

We usually ship in stock items within 24-72 hours in Business Days (Monday-Friday) direct from our office in Thailand via International Registered Air Mail (EMS) after payment clearance.

Cost for shipping : 15 euros/kg

For the small package (less than one kilo), shipping with the internationale post of Thaïlande for some reason of cost.

Delay of delivery

Normally, products should be arrived in 1 week After get shipping's confirmation E-mail. (We usually shipped within 24-72 hours but always bulks update status on Saturday.) If over 2 weeks after get confirmation E-mail, please contact local post office and contact us.

For any Tracking Number or Invoice request, please also tell your order date, your name and your order number for faster process.

Taxes Policy

We will pay any export taxes if requested. Buyer have responsibility to pay duty at local customs or post office if requested. It's up to them policy and values of your items. Please visit them website or office for more information.
